We are pleased to provide our customers with a free design service, providing one or more designs for your approval at no additional cost. If you change your mind and want to change or cancel your order before the sign is manufactured, we will gladly offer a partial or full refund. We are no longer able to offer refunds once a custom sign order has been approved and placed in production. Please keep in mind that if "YES" is selected when ordering, a custom sign is automatically approved.
Our neon word sign maker is ideal for making personalized name signs and neon light quotes. We would love to collaborate with you on a design if you are looking for something unique, such as a business logo sign, customized open sign, or unique neon artwork. We can create almost any font, shape, style, or design imaginable, transforming your vision into a neon masterpiece! We have our own font family, which includes cursive, block, and double-lined fonts. In addition to being unique to Luxelights, our selection is the most extensive offered by an LED neon sign manufacturer. Even better, we can work with nearly any font, character set, or writing style. If the fonts on our neon sign maker aren't quite what you're looking for, let us know and we'll make it happen!

Our signs include an acrylic backboard. When it comes to this backboard, you have several options (sometimes the design will determine what backboard is required). The backboard can be contoured and nearly invisible by being cut around the shape, or it can be cut in a desired shape. Clear, glossy black, white, gold, silver mirrored, a custom color, or UV printed with an image are all options for the backboard color.
Shop Signs and Products - Payment is taken at the point of sale for all signs and products ordered through the Luxelights online shop. You have the option of paying with PayPal or a major credit card.
Create Your Own Neon Signs - Payment is taken at the point of sale for all custom made signs that you design online using our Create Your Own Neon tool. You have the option of paying with PayPal or a major credit card.
Designed by Us - Bespoke Signs Payment in full is required before production can begin. Once you've approved a design, you'll receive an email with an invoice that you can pay with Paypal or a major credit card. When payment has been received your sign will go into production.
Shop Signs and Products - Payment is taken at the point of sale for all signs and products ordered through the Luxelights online shop. You have the option of paying with PayPal or a major credit card.
The majority of Luxelights' signs, lights, lamps, and wall art plug into a power outlet. Battery packs are available for small signs, lights, and lamps. Please contact us to see if your custom design is appropriate for a battery pack.
The majority of Luxelights products come with a clear cord that plugs into a US / Canada certified AC adapter. An additional black cable connects the adapter to the socket. At checkout, a free remote and dimmer will be added to your order.
It's surprisingly simple to hang your new neon light sign. The acrylic backboard of Luxelights signs has pre-drilled holes. Luxelights signs are lightweight and simple to install.
You can wall mount your new neon light yourself using the following hardware store items:
Fishing wire (we recommend heavy duty wire and a fisherman knot or knots)
Rope (we recommend securely knotting) (we recommend securely knotting)
Heavy-duty detachable hooks (We recommend using several removable hooks to hold up to 6-11lb).

Luxe only accepts returns and refunds for defective products. Luxe will make every effort to resolve the issue, and the product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or partially refunded. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Luxe.
